昨日のトラブルについてアマゾンに連絡;

We purchased "Load of the Rings - Two Towers" at your store on November18, 2003 . The order number is xxxxxxxxxx. It was a great pleasure for us to own the DVD and we have waited it to come out for quite some time. So when we received the copy yesterday, we were just so happy that it finallyarrived. We currently live in Japan, and we quite often purchase DVDs and books from you. Every time it arrives quickly without much of noticeable damages, and we greatly appreciate your swift processing and care for the shipment.
We received the above copy without any damages. The package was in perfect condition. However, In 4 DVD set, there were two "Disk Two" and no "Disk Three" was included. So we have Disk One, Disk Two, Disk Two, and Disk Four. We would like to get the copy with all four DVDs.
This is obviously not your fault. We realize that. This is clearly the error of distribution company, the New Line. However, we are having trouble determining who we should turn to. As I noted earlier, we live in Japan, and we received the copy via international shipping. So the New Line Cinema US doesn't have an office here.

As the cost of return shipping is prohibitively expensive in this case, you do not need to return the original item.
